In Pakistan, climate change is worsening malnutrition, disease burden, and maternal and child health outcomes, especially among vulnerable communities. MDF integrates WASH, nutrition, primary healthcare, and mental health into a climate-responsive health framework, a systematic approach few NGOs implement. This positioning aligns strongly with funding priorities of the Green Climate Fund, World Health Organization, and European Union. By prioritizing women and children, MDF advances targeted climate adaptation while protecting long-term community health resilience.
