This foundation strategically positions MDF to align with financing windows such as the Adaptation Fund, the Green Climate Fund Early Warning Systems portfolio, and United Nations Development Programme DRR frameworks. Building on community trust earned through response efforts, MDF is evolving from reactive relief to proactive, long-term climate resilience and disaster risk reduction.
