As a committed civil society organization, Momentum Development Foundation (MDF) plays a vital role in advancing public health by ensuring equitable access to clean water, adequate sanitation, and improved hygiene practices. Our WASH interventions are designed to address both infrastructural deficits and behavioral change in marginalized and underserved communities across Pakistan.
In a country where millions lack access to basic WASH services, MDF’s integrated approach helps break the cycle of preventable disease, supports educational participation (especially for girls), and promotes dignity, health, and social equity. Our work is not just about infrastructure—it’s about empowering communities and building healthier, more resilient futures.
SDG 3 – Good Health and Well-being: By reducing the incidence of waterborne diseases, supporting maternal and child health through clean environments, and enhancing community resilience, our WASH programs directly improve health outcomes.
SDG 6 – Clean Water and Sanitation: MDF strengthens access to safe water and proper sanitation, while promoting sustainable hygiene practices, thus addressing key targets under this goal.
